Safe Harbor Program
SHIP has partnered with the VA to provide this program for homeless veterans with severe and persistent mental health issues. Safe Harbor is a six month program that provides additional support for individuals that are in need of a more structured environment.
Grant Per Diem Program
SHIP has partnered with the VA to provide this program for homeless veterans who need long term transitional housing to get back on their feet. This program may last up to two years. Veterans frequently enter this program after stabilizing in our Safe Harbor Program and utilize this time to become self sufficient and transition into our community.
In order to be placed in either program you must qualify through the Veterans Administration.

Veterans of all eras and discharge statuses may also be serviced through a Federal Grant called Access to Recovery.
